3...2...1...BLAST OFF! It's time to take your students on an exciting journey to discover the amazing Science behind all things related to space and space travel.
Every child is fascinated with what lies beyond Earth's atmosphere, and The Space Science Show allows them to get a unique look at how rockets work, how telescopes see distant galaxies, and what scientists have uncovered about the mysteries of space. Additionally, they will learn about planets, the solar system, and discover what it is like to live on the International Space Station. Lots of props and amazing Science demonstrations keep students engaged and make every member of the audience feel like junior astronauts.
The Space Science Show is an all-in-one elementary school STEM assembly program, as the show covers all four parts of STEM - SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, and MATH. It can be presented as an all-school assembly for elementary grades, or the audience can be divided into upper and lower grade levels to allow the presentation content to be more customized for younger and older groups. Additionally, the program makes an ideal feature presentation for a STEM family night or Science Fair kick-off/ awards event.
The Space Science Show is specifically designed for elementary grade level audiences, and the content is designed to go along with the elementary core curriculum about Space, Science, and Astronomy.
