Journey To The Center of The Earth
Journey To The Center of the Earth is a science enrichment program that turns students into Earth Science explorers.
This entertaining performance features lots of audience participation for hands on opportunities as the audience leans about fossils, the Earth's crust, volcanos, earthquakes, and more.
Here are just a few things the audience will be captivated by:
- Students will help make a volcano "erupt" on stage.
- The audience will discover cool facts about lava and learn how to make their own lava lamp at home to recreate some of the properties of a lava flow.
- An archeological "dig" will uncover dinosaur "bones" and amazing things about fossils and rocks.
The program is a visual and engaging show that is designed to be presented to larger groups. If you have more than 300 students, however, we do recommend breaking the audience into two sessions.
This program can also be booked for the entire day, with 4 - 6 smaller group sessions scheduled.
