It's Cool To Be Kind is a school assembly that is guaranteed to fill your school with good vibes and a give students an understanding that everyone has a place in their school community. Presented by nationally acclaimed recording artist, Gincy, this show is filled with original songs with meaningful and inspiring lyrics that are designed to connect with students at any grade level. Students will sing, dance, and interact to songs such as, "Cool To Be Kind", "Together", "We Can Change The World", and more. Every song highlights important messages about kindness, respect, believing in yourself, and working together to help make the school community the best it can be - for everyone! Best of all, these are not your typical acoustic, folk-music sounding school assembly songs. These original compositions sound just like the pop, rock and r&b songs that your student love - with kid-friendly lyrics. (Think "Kidz Bop", with a message!). There is no doubt that your students will leave thinking that this was the coolest assembly they have seen.

The important messages in the show are highlighted with special skits and audience question and answer segments that help illustrate actionable things that students can do to spread kindness around the school, include those who may be feeling left out, and be more empathetic towards peers. Its the perfect balance between fun and thoughtful lessons that ensures that students will be captivated from beginning to end.

Presentations can be adapted to address elementary, intermediate and middle school audiences. Typically the programs run 45 minutes, and Gincy brings everything he needs for a rockin' good time at your school.
