Holidays Around The World - Music Show

Schedule early. This show books quickly in December!

"Holidays Around The World" is a fun and festive school assembly program that allows students to learn about many of the different holidays celebrated in December.

During the interactive performance, students will participate in singing songs sung during Diwali, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and more. They will learn about the Winter Solstice and why December is a time of celebration for so many different cultures. Students will also discover how many popular Christmas songs originated in Europe. It is truly a multi-cultural celebration that showcases the diversity that is around us and how music can bring everyone together.

In addition to singing and interacting from their seats. Student volunteers are given an opportunity to show off some of their dance moves and get a chance to "join the band" during several of the songs. This is an assembly that gets every grade level engaged.

Many schools like to feature this program as part of their activities and celebrations leading up to Winter Break. It is also, however, a wonderful way to kick off the December holiday season and set a festive tone after Thanksgiving.

This 45-minute show is perfect for elementary school audiences. It is also an assembly that pre-k groups will enjoy attending, giving you a chance to bring your entire school community together.
