ART IS EVERYWHERE
A show about Art, Creativity and Inspiration that will get students to discover the art that is all around them.
During the show, students will learn how to look at things for the creative point of view as an artist. They will see demonstrations of many different forms of art, and even get to particpate in helping to create some art on stage.
Also during the show, the presenter will share with the audience how he created illustrations for the children's book "Red Riding Hood Races The Big Bad Wolf".
The presenter of the show has a degree in art, has been commissioned to paint murals around metro Detroit, and has had artwork shown in galleries nationwide. Additionally, he has a background in theater and puppetry, which makes him a fun and interesting assembly presenter.
The Art Is Everywhere program is available as a large group school assembly (45 minutes in length), and also as smaller classroom style workshops (30 minutes per workshop session). The small workshops allow for a more hands-on experience for students. The large group assembly is a great school community experience.
This is an assembly program that is well received by both students and teachers. Be sure to check out a few of the testimonials below to see what schools are saying about "Art is Everywhere":

Praise for "Art Is Everywhere":
"Your presentation was informative, well paced, entertaing, and contained just the right amount of silliness to keep the entire school engaged throughout the show. My staff was very pleased with what they viewed as a very good use of time and assembly funds."
- Sean M - Robert Kerr Elementary School - Durand, MI
"The show successfully combined art, comedy, geometry, and an excitement for creativity and learning. The children were laughing and smiling during the entire show. The students were able to participate during the production and this hands-on interaction has left its mark. I have students who are still discussing the experience and who are challenging themselves to become more creative with their artwork."
- Elizabeth S - Teacher - Paddock Elementary - Milan, Michigan
